The house is set on two floors, two large ensuite bedrooms with French balcony on the first floor provide perfect accommodation for 4 persons. Downstairs elegant open plan kitchen and living area overlooking the pool and sundeck, the outside lounging area provides perfect escape from the sizzling sun and gives the opportunity to relax and enjoy a good book, a lovely meal or a nice cold drink.
The plot is completely surrounded and has two parking places.

Reservations can be made by using the inquiry form. A deposit of 30% of the whole amount is necessary in order to confirm and obtain the reservation, by that the reservation becomes final.
In case of cancelling the reservation, the deposit is not refundable.
Minimum stay is seven nights, reservations under 7 nights are not possible.
Pets are not allowed.
Check in from 16 to 20, check out by 10 am. Arrival / departure Saturday only.
The price includes the total accommodation cost; tourist tax, dish towels, utensils for preparation and consumption of food, linen, electricity and water, and the use of all other the content of the house.
Guarantee deposit is 300€.
Guarantee deposit should be paid on arrival as a guarantee for the settlement of possible damages. Guest will receive a certificate for the given guarantee deposit. If the damage can be settled from the guarantee deposit, then it shall discharge the same, if the deposit does not settle the damage then the guest should settle the rest of the damage in the amount of the real cost of damage. In case that on the day of departure there are no damages made, then the guarantee deposit will be returned to the guest.
Payments can be made by wire transfer or cash.
